Request to Delete Your Account & Personal Data
If you have created an account in our mobile app, Advanced Cleaning, you can request to have your account and all associated personal data permanently deleted.
We only collect the following information when you create an account or contact us through the app:
When you submit a deletion request, we will permanently remove this information from our systems. This process cannot be undone.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and personal data, please complete the form below or email us at support@anrosgroup.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
Required information:
- Your full name
- The email address used in the app
- A confirmation that you want your account deleted
- The name of the app “Advanced Cleaning” and whether ” Production”, “Staging” or “Training”
What Happens After You Submit a Request
- We will verify your identity using the information provided.
- Your account and its associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
