Throughout his career as a software developer / project manager, Chinh has gained valuable experience in high-impact software projects in the areas of intelligence algorithms, accounting, auditing, scheduling, rostering, biometrics and API-building. His talent is enhanced by his background as a software engineer AND a degree in foreign languages (English major). Chinh is an excellent communicator and reciprocally responds to very clear directions resulting in very efficient, precise and intuitive results.
He leads the charge when it comes to technical competency and translating that ability into practical results. His favourite quote is ‘everything is possible, but not everything is beneficial’, exemplifying a ‘keep it simple’ mentality.

Having graduated Computer Engineering from Western Sydney University in 2001, Sorna’s first IT project was a desktop to web API that published sports results onto a website for an indoor sports centre. It would be 8 years later in 2011 that the first experience of broader adoption came as an app for doctors in public health became endorsed by the Australian Medical Association of NSW.
Sorna focuses on delivering simple solutions that have a big impact and empower as many people as possible. Apps have proven a fantastic vehicle to achieve this. Sorna’s strengths include listening intently to clients and their challenges and translating these into a practical solution. If the result doesn’t make things simpler, empower a process or lift morale in some way, it’s probably a waste of time and money. Our results have proven to work against a backdrop of overcomplicated and overpriced alternatives.

Tri Pham

Sometimes referred to as the 'wizard', Tri is a multi-disciplinary software engineer. He is extremely efficient and pays great attention to detail. Tri has empowered complex projects to operate successfully such as: lead developer and project manager for the 911 VOIP call handling system in the USA, for auditing, scheduling and rostering apps including biometric functionality.
Tri takes pride in seeing many people benefit on a large scale from his contributions. He is a team player and ‘lifts the ceiling’ as a highly competent and passionate colleague within the ANROS team.
