Chinh Tranh
Full Stack Developer
Chinh is a highly skilled full-stack developer who has contributed to ANROS projects in a contracted capacity for many years. He has extensive experience delivering high-impact software solutions across intelligence algorithms, accounting systems, auditing platforms, scheduling and rostering applications, biometric integrations, and complex API development. With a background in software engineering and a degree in foreign languages (English major), Chinh combines strong technical capability with clear communication, enabling fast, precise and intuitive outcomes. As an independent contractor, Chinh excels at translating complex technical requirements into practical, reliable solutions. Guided by his favourite principle, “Everything is possible, but not everything is beneficial,” he brings a thoughtful, streamlined approach to every project, ensuring solutions remain efficient, scalable and focused on real-world value.

Sorna Devadas

Managing Director
Having graduated Computer Engineering from Western Sydney University in 2001, Sorna’s first IT project was a desktop to web API that published sports results onto a website for an indoor sports centre. It would be 8 years later in 2011 that the first experience of broader adoption came as an app for doctors in public health became endorsed by the Australian Medical Association of NSW. Sorna focuses on delivering simple solutions that have a big impact and empower as many people as possible. Apps have proven a fantastic vehicle to achieve this. Sorna’s strengths include listening intently to clients and their challenges and translating these into a practical solution. If the result doesn’t make things simpler, empower a process or lift morale in some way, it’s probably a waste of time and money. Our results have proven to work against a backdrop of overcomplicated and overpriced alternatives. Sorna is grateful to have a dedicated ‘A’ team that remains passionate to work together and deliver outstanding results. Jane Remotigue

Support & Implementation
Jane provides contracted support and implementation services across ANROS projects, with a strong focus on process management and operational coordination. She manages Jira workflows, facilitates internal communications, and contributes to the setup and deployment of solutions for new clients. Known for her attention to detail and organised approach, Jane helps ensure smooth delivery and consistent operational standards across the business.
